Add the sugar and ground cardamom. In a separate bowl, beat one egg and add two tablespoons of this beaten egg to the ground cardamom mixture. Mix all the ingredients until a smooth dough forms. Wrap the dough in cling-film and set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Once the dough has cooled, stretch it out to a thickness of 0.5 cm on a floured surface. Cut into round pieces and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180ºC. Allow the biscuits to cool.
Ginger Cardamom Tea Ingredients: 2 cups water & 6 tea bags, 4 teaspoons honey, 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root, 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom, 1-1/2 cups fat-free milk Directions: In a small saucepan, combine water, honey, ginger and cardamom; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Pour over tea bags in a 2-cup glass measuring cup. Steep 3-5 minutes according to taste. Strain tea back into saucepan, discarding ginger and tea bags. Stir in milk; heat through.
Spinach Cardamom Smoothie Ingredients: ½ avocado, 1 frozen ripe banana chopped, 1 large handful of spinach, 1/2 tsp of Naturevibe's Cardamom Powder, 1 cup homemade almond milk Directions: Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a glass. Garnish it with some ground cardamom powder.
